Chaveli Sifre

For her project Chaveli created personal Attention. Chaveli's idea was to turn the gallery space into a healing center existing between a clinic and a church. The artist invited her mother and aunt for an in-site Reiki oerformance to take place over a wave like sitting sculpture. The artist then presented her mother's magical crystal collection and printed the colors of her aura on silk as a self portrait that she set to semi float over the wall.
