SHIPPING

Here's the big deal! Print All Over Me makes every piece to order and on demand. We print the fabric first, cut and sew, package your order with great care, then ship you your items. Since each piece is custom made, please expect your piece to ship within 3-6 weeks*.

Once your order has shipped, if you checked priority shipping, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and the status of the order will be available on your account page.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE US

For shipments outside the united states, you must be registered on PAOM.com and strongly suggest you select express shipping where available. For shipments outside of the United States, delivery time varies by shipping method and order location.

Please be aware, for all international orders, there may be an additional importer tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs. PAOM is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items. If you contact customer service we may be able to remake them or issue you a credit.

*Sometimes an order is delayed due to image quality, missing shipping information or some other issue. In this issue this we will contact you, and this will delay your order.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Everything on PAOM is custom made and all sales are final. This is the only way you can get the fantastic clothing at a fraction of the price you normally pay for custom clothing. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you want to place a big order, we suggest you sample with us first or contact customer support, you may even get a discount.

Credit Cart Chargebacks: PAOM pays an additional fee on every chargeback. For this reason, we ask that if you have an issue to contact us directly before issuing a chargeback or to cancel your chargeback and work with us on the issue. We consider this a violation of PAOM policy.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. It is up to you to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items once they leave our facility.
