SHIPPING
Here's the big deal! Print All Over Me makes every piece to order and on demand. We print the fabric first, cut and sew, package your order with great care, then ship you your items. Since each piece is custom made, please expect your piece to ship within 3-6 weeks*. Right now due to covid we are experiencing delays in shipping and you may wait up to 8 weeks. If you want your order in within 2 or 3 weeks or by a due date, please let us know and we can charge an expedited fee to expedite your order.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US
For shipments outside the United States, you must be registered on paom.com. For shipments outside of the United States, delivery time varies by shipping method and order location.
Please be aware, for all international orders, there may be an additional importer tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs. PAOM is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items. If you contact customer service we may be able to remake them or issue you a credit.
*Sometimes an order is delayed due to image quality, missing shipping information or some other issue. In this issue this we will contact you, and this will delay your order.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Print All Over Me does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any items offered. As we are a slow fashion, sustainable business, we order fabrics and print on demand to meet the needs of all our customers. Due to this, our turnaround process and time is 4-6 weeks, and the customization of all our clothing prevents us from accepting returns.
Inspect All Details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. All of our items are print to order, and while we try to match the saturation and print as best as possible, any deviation is slight, and should not be considered a defect, as it is a feature of our manufacturing process.
Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Follow the care instructions attached to the garment to avoid loss of color or prevent seepage of color onto other garments. Care for the garments is the customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted.

Credit Cart Chargebacks: PAOM pays an additional fee on every chargeback. For this reason, we ask that if you have an issue to contact us directly before issuing a chargeback or to cancel your chargeback and work with us on the issue.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. It is up to you to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items once they leave our facility.
