Print All Over Me is a platform that allows anyone to create high quality bespoke items for reasonable prices.

HOW DOES PAOM WORK?

Print All Over Me revolutionizes the traditional design and manufacturing business model by giving users the tools to create, sell, produce and buy bespoke products on-demand with zero investment and zero inventory, and as such minimizing waste.

HOW DO I CREATE A PIECE ON PAOM?

We are constantly creating new silhouette with different fabrics. To create your own item simply upload your artwork to your silhouette of choice. You can manage your prints and items on your Account Page. Really, that's it. If you can imagine it, you can make it! And, of course, you retain full ownership and copyright to your creations, as per our privacy policy and terms and conditions. Note that by creating any account or designs that are printed by us and delivered, you agree to these terms and conditions.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR WHOLESALE ORDERS PAOM?

Click here to see our wholesale or custom program. Custom orders are as discussed, and our minimum wholesale order is 20 items and a minimum dollar amount of $2000.

IS PAOM FOR DESIGNERS ONLY?

Not at all! You can join and support the PAOM community as an affiliate via shareasale. If you enjoy being inspired by great design, we also encourage you share and tag your favorite designs with @printalloverme on social media, and to participate in contests and promotions.

WHO'S BEHIND PAOM?

At Print All Over Me, we are designers, technologists, merchants, and artisans with a shared desire to build the tools and community necessary for you to create and shop beautiful things. We produce our pieces in Shanghai and Swainsboro, Georgia. Our design and technology is in New York City's Greenwich Village.

WHERE IS PAOM LOCATED? CAN I VISIT A PAOM STORE?

Our design and technology studio is located in New York City. Our in-house production and fulfillment studios are in Shanghai and Swainsboro, Georgia.

WHAT DOES PAOM STAND FOR?

PAOM stands for Print All Over Me.

WHAT'S A SILHOUETTE?

A silhouette refers to an individual blank design object, such as the blank t-shirt or jumpsuit, on which you can upload your artwork to create your shoppable, virtual product.

WHAT'S AN EDITION?

Each season, about every three months, we release a collection of 6-8 silhouettes which are free for all users to design with. Each of these collections is a called an edition and sequentially numbered.

WHAT DOES "CUSTOM MADE ON DEMAND" MEAN?

All PAOM designs are made to order in one of our design studios in Swainsboro, GA, or Shanghai. This means each item is only printed and assembled after you order it--so everything you order from PAOM is made exactly to your specifications!

WHAT IS "SLOW FASHION"?

Print All Over Me believes that fashion shouldn't be cheap, disposable, anonymous, or made in poor conditions.

That's why we coined the term "slow fashion." Slow fashion refers to the mindful approach we take to design and production. Our goal is to offer you, the shopper, custom-made design of the highest quality and the richest material. And most importantly, it means that we maintain a commitment to sustainable production practices and ethically manufactured goods!

And the best part -- each time you purchase a PAOM garment, accessory, or home good, you're not just buying something cool, you're supporting an artist.

WHAT'S A COLLABORATION?

For each design collaboration, Team PAOM works closely with one amazing artist or designer to create exclusive PAOM content on our latest silhouettes. PAOM only promotes collaborations on our various marketing platforms upon contractual agreements with the collaborator, and the collaborator is paid out monthly with 20% of all sales made. CAN PAOM HELP ME MARKET MY PRODUCTS?

Print All Over Me is a community of artists, and we want each artist to own full rights to their work. As such, we will never market or advertise products that are not owned by our collaborators. The only items marketed on our platforms are those belonging to our collaborators who are signed in on the agreement for mutual marketing. Collaborators can be found on our zine page. More information on this is in our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

DO I RECEIVE ANYTHING FOR ANY ART THAT IS ON SALE?

By creating an account on our site or by having any items printed to be delivered, you agree to the terms and conditions, which apply to the entire Print All Over Me community. As per this, it is your responsibility to add any items to your account, delete them, and to contact us to close your account. Every quarter, we send all users a gift card equivalent to 20% of the sales that their items made in that quarter. If there are no sales, no gift cards are issued. 

HOW DO I START DESIGNING?

Said one member of the PAOM team: "How don't you start?" PAOM designs come from everywhere, whether it's a design you scanned or a photograph that inspired you. Once you've chosen what you'd like to see on a garment of your own, you can choose one of our exclusive PAOM silhouettes and upload your image to it! From there, you can play with the size and placement of your image until it looks the way you want. Note that by creating any account or designs that are printed by us and delivered, you agree to these terms and conditions.

WILL THE REAL PIECE LOOK EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ONLINE?

At PAOM, we do everything we can to make sure your product looks exactly the way it was designed. That said, there may be some small differences between your virtual product and the final production piece due to the movement of fabric during the printing process and slight shrinking during the steaming process. In addition, garment pattern pieces must be cut with the correct grain of the fabric. This may cause alignment issues in certain areas of the garment, for example: where the sleeve meets the shirt at the armhole, or any place where a dart, pocket, or gathering is added.

DO I NEED AN IMAGE EDITOR SUCH AS ADOBE PHOTOSHOP(R) IN ORDER TO DESIGN?

Nope! You don't need any professional design tools to use PAOM. You can change the size or placement of your image on any silhouette creation page--or even use our "repeat" tool to create a pattern.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY IMAGE QUALITY IS GOOD ENOUGH TO PRINT?

Once you choose a silhouette for your design, please check the description on that silhouette's creation page. The description will give you guidance on the image quality we recommend for that particular garment.

WILL THE COLORS ON THE PRODUCED PIECE MATCHES MY IMAGE EXACTLY?

We recommend that you consult each product description for guidance on which image file format will produce the highest color fidelity as this will vary based on fabric.

HOW DOES SAMPLING WORK?

We do not offer complimentary sampling, so you would have to design your item and order it online. Should you wish to place a bulk order, you can create it on the site and we will charge for the initial samples, and if the order is approved, the cost of the samples will be deducted when the bulk order is delivered.

MY PHOTO IS A LITTLE BLURRY, CAN PAOM SHARPEN THE IMAGE FOR ME?

PAOM is not able to sharpen designers' uploaded images. When uploading, please follow our site's recommendations for image quality for best results.

HOW CAN I RESIZE MY DESIGN?

You can resize your design on PAOM once you've uploaded it onto your desired silhouette by increasing or decreasing the percentage of the garment your pattern covers in the box directly under your virtual product. If the image is too large, you can try decreasing the percentage from 100% to 70%, for instance. If you'd like to create a pattern, you can check the "repeat box" to the left. If your image is too small even at 100%, you can try increasing above 100% until your image is at your desired size and coverage.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Print All Over Me does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any items offered. As we are a slow fashion, sustainable business, we order fabrics and print on demand to meet the needs of all our customers. Due to this, our turnaround process and time is 4-6 weeks, and the customization of all our clothing prevents us from accepting returns.

HOW DO I FLAG A PRODUCT?

If you feel any artwork violates our community guidelines, is infringed content, or is inappropriate, please report it using the flag button and we will look into it and reach a resolution as quickly as possible.  We want PAOM to be a community that continues to be an authentic and safe space for expression. Please only upload art that follows the law. Remember to post authentic content, and don’t post anything that you don’t have the rights to post.

HOW CAN I DELETE ANY ITEMS FROM MY ACCOUNT?

It is each individual's responsibility to manage the inventory on their account. By default, only collaborators have the ability to make items private, and all others are public as per our terms and conditions. To ensure none are for sale, you can delete them upon ordering and Print All Over Me acknowledges every individual's right to delete their work to prevent sales. In the unlikely event that a sale is made before you choose to delete your products or account, the gift card royalties will be sent to you as per our privacy policy.

HOW CAN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

You can close your account by following the instructions of 'delete account' on your account once logged in, or you can email us at support@printallover.me to initiate closing your account. At this point, any pending gift card royalties will be delivered to you as well.

WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT? (2019 ONWARDS UPDATE)

In 2019 we changed our backend systems to provide a better user experience to our community. As such, you should have received an email to update your password and access your account to deem it live. We understand that community members may not have done this in time, and are happy to help you access your account if you email us at support@printallover.me. Note, none of  our terms and conditions changed according to this.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT DELAYED? (2020 ONWARDS UPDATE)

Print All Over Me is committed to and taking CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and manufacturing facilities.  These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers. Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the Print All Over Me products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping many of which are imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Please check with your carrier for accurate delivery information so that we can collectively get through this extraordinary time.
